I would suggest Zapier makes similar change - show all (and only un-hidden) fields in the list in the action step and show the fields regardless whether that particular field has data in the record or doesn’t. Update a record in Integromat) much faster than before when it was showing list of all fields in existence in the Airtable table. This change made loading of the final Airtable step (e.g. Integromat in the recent update v 3 of their app for Airtable has limited the number of fields showing only to the ones that are not hidden. Then Zapier detected the changes in fields and started to show the updated list of fields.Īs I said, I would rather have Zapier show me in the Action step the complete and full list of fields I have configured in Airtable (at best perhaps show only the fields that are un-hidden, because if a field is hidden, I don’t need necessary to see it in the configuration step in Zapier).

The way I found resolved the issue is to completely delete the test record with the data in the Airtable table and add a completely new record in the table. It’s strange, it looks like zap is cashing the airtable configuration or something and it doesn’t replace with fresh Artable data immediately.Īnd that happens even if I select the new set of data in the trigger step. That wouldn’t be such an issue, I can go and fill in some data.īUT the issue is even after adding that information into Airtable (and refreshing zap or even reloading it), the newly added fields are still not showing up in the zap action step and it can take sometime or maybe an hour or so for them to show up. I would rather prefer if it would show the fields whether it has some test data or not. If I am going through the process of setting up the zap and the Airtable table doesn’t have any appropriate data in it (…it usually happens if I miss to add some data in the table or it’s not in a view it should be…) then Zapier will not show the Airtable fields as existing (in the action step). I use Integromat as I needed something quickly. One thing I find is an issue with Zapier is how it fails to refresh the test data while I am creating the zap workflow. And breaking EVERYTHING if you change a field on a Typeform … is frustrating. The branching is a clumsy compared to Integromat. Zapier is great, but just not suited to multiple, complex, integrations. I started to look at moving everything off Zapier, as I like Integromat a lot, but found the Typeform integration to be quite poor.

Then copying it as a Google sheet to our Drive so that Parabola can work on it. That is what Integromat is used for - downloading a csv file hosted on another website. It also fails to properly handle basic auth despite saying that they do. There are unpublished limits (very low) and it doesn’t give you an error it just doesn’t work.

They say “yeah we do that” and then they actually don’t. However Parabola is quite poor at actually getting the csv into the flow in the first place. It runs on an input csv on a daily basis. Tidies up some formattting issues, reformats fields, removes crud. Parabola is much more batch oriented, so handles the creation of the listing database on a daily basis. That handles the transactional side - card redeemed > post accounting entries into Xero. I am a long term Zapier user, so didn’t need to pay extra to start with. Open this link on your phone to see what it would look like I added a quick slide down for filtering options, also really easy to hook up stuff like that to the RG if you feel like it. And when you close the modal it goes to that location again, just for better UX. Tip: I would build out that modal with some quick code, removing scroll on the page when modal is open (that way only elements inside the modal will scroll), and I would add a state that holds the current scrolling position when you click a RG’s cell. I had no idea how or what you’re intending to display on the subpages, so I just made a modal, since it would make it feel more like a native app if you’re intending to wrap it with something like BDK Native. There’s a few different ways of doing it. You could just hook up the search element to the repeating group. Bare in mind, I built this in like 30min, so it’s not greatīut spending another couple of hours on it, I think you should be able to have something decent going for your project. I did a super quick mock up for you, maybe it can help get you started thinking about how to build it.
